I called and talked to their customer service before ordering this block and they were very professional. They gave me an expected timeframe for machining and delivery and everything ended up close to the times they gave me, which doesn’t seem to be the norm when ordering goods online anymore. Once I got a tracking number, the carrier sent emails when it was going out for delivery. They delivered it on the day they said it would be. Have not had a chance to pull the block out the crate yet but everything I can see looks good. Block was painted nicely and it came very well packaged. Overall great experience.
