How do I create an account? |

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. |
How do I edit my account information? |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information. |
How much is my shipping? |
|
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. |
I forgot my password. |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. |
How do I return my product? |
|
Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
- All DEFECTIVE merchandise must be waranteed directly from the manufacturer and are subject to each manufacturer's terms and conditions of return
- Items may ONLY be returned within 30 days of receipt
- All Returns must be PRE-AUTHORIZED by a ModMaxRacing.com / GO Racing Parts representative with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number
- All returns must be acccompanied by a copy of the original receipt and/or packing list with the original order number and Return Authorization number noted
- All returns will be subject to a 25% Restocking fee
- Returns will be credited to your account towards future purchases, NO REFUNDS
- All returns must be in NEW, UNOPENED ORIGINAL PACKAGING, & RESELLABLE CONDITION. If any part of the return has been opened, damaged, used, tried, and is not EXACTLY how it is presented for NEW sales, it will NOT be eligible for a return of any sort
- Items returned that do not meet the above criteria will be held for 30 days and may be sent back to the purchaser at purchaser's shipping expense. All items not claimed within 30 days will be discarded

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. |
What is your return policy? |

When will my order ship? |

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. |
